Cancel policy

At Database Smart Market, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency. Please review our cancellation policy below before making a purchase:

1. Digital Product Nature

All our products are digital +91 9481537931. Once delivered, they cannot be returned, revoked, or reused. Therefore, cancellations after a successful purchase and delivery are not permitted.

2. Cancellation Before Delivery

• If your payment is successful but you have not yet received the database, you may request cancellation within 2 hours of the transaction.

• Send a cancellation request immediately to our support email: sunisunil165@gmail.com with your order ID and payment proof.

3. Incorrect Orders

• If you receive a wrong or mismatched database from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• We will review the case and either correct the error or offer a suitable replacement.

4. No Refund for Downloaded Data

Due to the irreversible nature of digital downloads, once a database is delivered and accessed/downloaded, cancellation or refund will not be applicable.

5. Fraudulent Orders

We reserve the right to cancel orders that are flagged as suspicious or fraudulent, with or without prior notice. A full refund may be issued in such cases.
